These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sales Nova website, platform, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not access or use Sales Nova.

1. Services Provided

Sales Nova provides lead generation and outreach services including, but not limited to:

Cold email outreach automation
Email and domain setup and warming
Custom CRM setup
Calendar integration and automation
Lead scraping and targeting
Campaign copywriting and optimization
Booked call generation

We do not guarantee sales or revenue, only booked discovery or sales calls based on the campaign scope.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information and niche targeting preferences
Cooperate during onboarding, content review, and lead approval
Handle call follow-ups and client communication after calls are booked
Not use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activity
Not resell the leads or outreach system without written permission

You acknowledge that success from booked calls depends on your ability to close and deliver your offer.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Plans:

Monthly plans are billed every 30 days unless canceled.
Quarterly Plans are billed every 90 days in full, unless canceled.
Annual plans are billed in full up front, yearly.
All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Late Payments:

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

No Chargebacks:

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you have concerns about billing, contact our support team.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including setup fees and lead generation campaigns already initiated.

We are a performance-focused service, and while we stand behind the quality of our work, we do not offer refunds once service begins.

5. Call Booking Disclaimer

Sales Nova does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
We deliver outreach campaigns designed to generate discovery/sales calls. Closing deals, presenting offers, and converting leads are the responsibility of the client.

6. Lead Quality & Sources

Leads are sourced from publicly available, verified data providers including but not limited to Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and custom databases.

You understand that:

Leads are qualified to the best of our ability based on filters and input provided
No lead list is perfect or guaranteed to convert
Duplicate leads across clients are minimized but may occur depending on niche similarity

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sales Nova if:

Payment is not received
You violate these Terms
You abuse or misuse the service
Your email sending domain or account is flagged for spam or abuse

In the event of termination, no refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, workflows, systems, code, and assets created by Sales Nova are the intellectual property of Sales Nova unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of your data, leads generated for your account, and campaign results.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

We use third-party tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Instantly, Apollo) and by using Sales Nova, you consent to data sharing necessary for campaign execution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Nova is not liable for:

Loss of sales, profits, or business opportunities
Email deliverability issues due to external platform limitations
Technical outages or third-party service failures
Consequences of lead data inaccuracies

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to a claim.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Province of Ontario, Canada.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. Failing that, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Province Of Ontario, Canada

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or on our website. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
